Exceptional performance all around!

I came into my deal without an agent I think it’s important to note that for the following reasons. Since I was using a VA loan there were numerous requirements to make the property suitable to pass the VA appraisal and inspection. Donna went above and beyond to see the deal through. Again, as aforementioned I did not have an agent which meant she was on double duty without compensation to address not only my concerns but ultimately the sellers. I do not believe if she did not take an active interest or diligence I would not have been able to complete the process without her. If you are a home buyer or seller, first time or tenth time, I guarantee your experience will be exceptional.

Above and Beyond. Donna has so much knowledge of the real estate market. When looking for a new home she is really looking out for her buyers. She is looking at all the things you’re not looking at which can indicate underlying issues. She is so friendly and very timely about getting back to you to answer your questions.
