Exceptional performance all around!

I came into my deal without an agent I think it’s important to note that for the following reasons. Since I was using a VA loan there were numerous requirements to make the property suitable to pass the VA appraisal and inspection. Donna went above and beyond to see the deal through. Again, as aforementioned I did not have an agent which meant she was on double duty without compensation to address not only my concerns but ultimately the sellers. I do not believe if she did not take an active interest or diligence I would not have been able to complete the process without her. If you are a home buyer or seller, first time or tenth time, I guarantee your experience will be exceptional.

When purchasing property from across the country, Jill’s local knowledge was essential, especially because we were unable to be there in person. She was able To steer us to the right community for our needs and lifestyle, and went above and beyond (and then some) for us in making sure that we got a great house without any problems. Exceptional hard working Woman! The very first conversation with Kayla she asked me what I was looking for and she knew exactly what to sell me! I am very impressed on how easily things went. Kayla Hahn ensured my selling experience was the best it could possibly be! Not only does Kayla have a plethora of knowledge in the industry, she is also personable and friendly, and most importantly she will fight tooth and nail to ensure you are taken care of and treated fairly. Kayla went above and beyond to help out in making sure my house was ready for professional pictures. She went above and beyond in making sure we were always comfortable and confident in every decision that was made throughout the whole process.
